· BS graduate preferably Industrial Engineering

· Good understanding in ISO Quality Management Systems

· Experience or knowledge in Quality Management Representative functions

· Good leadership and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS and other web-based applications

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledgeable in rice and corn seed production preferred

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any Agricultural course preferably major in:

Ø Plant breeding and Genetics

Ø Entomology

Ø Agronomy

Ø Pathology

· A licensed Agriculturist is an advantage

· Minimum of 2 years experience in crop research

· Good leadership and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS and other web-based applications

· Excellent communication skills

· Preferably a licensed 4-wheels vehicle driver

B. SALES EXECUTIVE

Area of Assignment: Polomolok, South Cotabato

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any Agricultural course preferably major in:

Ø Agronomy

Ø Soil Science

Ø Ag Economics

· A licensed Agriculturist is an advantage

· At least 1 year experience in Selling, familiar in corn/rice production including pest and diseases.

· Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

· Good planning and organizing skills, technically proficient

· Proficiency in MS and and other web-based applications

· Preferably a licensed 4-wheels vehicle driver
