Business Development Manager (Mindanao)
Davao, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Zamboanga
  • Takes lead in formulating new business development (NBD) tactical and execution plan
  • Takes lead in periodic update to Immediate/Group Head and Mancom
  • Develops competitive bid/proposal strategies and consortium for identified opportunities
  • To be assigned on the ground and manages the NBD office on-site
  • Manages the preparation of all necessary bid/proposal documentation, in accordance with NBD standards, and ensure that all bids/proposals are competitive and meet the required return and risk criteria
  • Prepares development cost budgets and deliver the bids/proposals within the approved budgets
  • Ensures timely preparation of reporting and approval papers necessary for project development
  • Establishes and grows positive and value-adding relationships across NBD and MWC
  • Identifies resource requirements, prepare sourcing plans for identified opportunities and assists in procuring all necessary resources
  • Prepares and negotiates project development agreements and other arrangements with prospective clients and partners
  • Manages and develops direct reports in accordance with NBD staff development objectives
  • Participates in other corporate activities as required
  • Other functions that immediate/Group head may delegate from time to time


  • Graduate of any Business or Engineering course
  • With at least 5 years experience in sales, relationship management, networking and project management
  • With strong leadership skills
  • With excellent and strong contract management, relationship management and leadership skills
  • With strong business sense, good communicator, innovative, results-oriented and people person
  • Preferably can speak Cebuano, Bisaya or Chavacano
  • Willing to be relocated
