Robinsons Department Store One of the largest retail company in the country has opening for the following position: Department Head - General Santos Soccsksargen - General Santos City Responsibilities:  Responsible for the day-to-day management and achievement of the sales of a department including its customer service, shrinkage and security control, merchandise display and product knowledge, housekeeping, business analysis, and policies and reports. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. With at least a year of experience on a supervisory capacity in store operations gained from retail industries or service-oriented companies Willing to be assigned in General Santos City.
