BRANCH OPERATION OFFICER Caraga, Cebu (Cebu City) (Central Visayas), Davao, Misamis Oriental (CDO) (Northern Mindanao), South Cotabato (Gen San) (Soccsksargen), South Cotabato (Others) (Soccsksargen) Requirements: Male/Female, 25-­30 years old Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and other related courses Trained on basic knowledge on policies, rules and regulations governing different areas of banking transactions Minimum of 2-­3 years experience in branch banking or equivalent job Vibrant and pleasing personality Considerable knowledge of office support operations and modern office practices Good communciation skills both oral and in writing Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to establish priorities and proceed with specific objectives under moderate supervision Ability to use personal initiative and independent judgement when necessary.
