Operations Assistant (Hapag Lloyd Philippines)

Responsibilities:
- Generates container/chassis withdrawal authority to depot.
- In-charged of chassis availability reporting and depot matters.
- Prepares stripping request.
- Coordinates Deed Head Containers to depot/trucking/checker.
- In-charged of LCL receiving / stuffing.
- In-charged of encoding information in FIS.
- Encodes daily movement report of containers.
- Submits leased container reports.
- Turn-around time reporting.
- Prepares letter on container detention.
- Computes turn-around time of containers for manager’s report.
- Drafts presentation of overstaying containers at consignee.
- Drafts presentation for Activity Checking Report and Area Meeting.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or equivalent.
