Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the receiving and safekeeping of the document and CIR folders submitted by the loans department for processing of encumbrance. Upon receipt of these folders , sees to it that all loan documents are completely signed, informs the loans Department immediately for any deficiency on the requirements given by the client.
- Maintains a logbook for the “in’ s and out’s” of document folders , original copies of the certificate of registration , TO official receipts and TCT’s proper monitoring.
- Responsible for the preparation of other documents for signature.
- Responsible in monitoring the annotation of encumbrances of certificates of registration and TCT’s of loan securities.
- Ensure that collaterals are properly covered with OD insurance policies and is responsible in monitoring the expiration of the insurance coverage of these collaterals. Also ensures that the insurance policy has an endorsement in favor of FSIC.
- Makes sure that a photocopy of all Official Receipts and other important documents are secured before giving to client its original copy for renewal purposes.
- Performed other tasks that may be assigned by his head or the branch manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
